Returns Policy

• We’re happy to offer returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery.
• If you’d like to return something, please email us at help@remoteanimalassistance.com to get started.
• Customers are responsible for return postage and a flat $11 shipping fee will apply to send out any replacement items.
• Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Full refunds are available for faulty items.
